Industrial Insulation Vacuum System
The ACS™ insulation loader is equipped with a Vanguard 18HP V-Twin engine Cellulose and Rockwool fibre insulation is vacuumed via the machines solid steel impeller. The impeller is directly coupled to the engine, no belts, pulleys or chains are used to drive the impeller. Designed for fast, profitable removal of blow in insulation as well as fire, water and smoke damaged insulation. The material is vacuumed into the fan housing and further shredded by the impeller. Then directed into the exit trunking, waste can be collected into our optional supply purpose designed 400 litre bags that will hold approx 1 cubic metre of blow in insulation. As a rapid recovery machine, it is perfect for fast and reliable blowing in insulation removal. Suppled with 30 metre of 5-inch hose and on a skid mount frame or fitted with optional wheels and handle to allow movement around worksite.
